Position: Center Manager (Loan Officer)
As a Center Manager, you will play a crucial role in recruiting, training, and supporting women entrepreneurs. You will be responsible for traveling daily to villages across Efate to conduct group meetings, loan assessments, and repayment collections. The role requires strong communication skills, endurance, and a commitment to social impact.
Key Responsibilities:
✔ Recruit and train new client members
✔ Process loan applications and assess small business viability
✔ Collect weekly repayments and savings
✔ Ensure strong portfolio management and loan quality control
Who We’re Looking For:
✔ Valid driver’s license (essential)
✔ Year 12 qualification with 2+ years of experience in community work, banking, or microfinance
✔ Social work experience and familiarity with women’s groups or committees (preferred)
✔ Ability to promote SPBD’s mission while ensuring commercial discipline
✔ Certificate or Diploma in Business or Accounting (preferred)
✔ Fluent in Bislama and English
