Position Summary
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented finance professional to support our accounting operations. The successful candidate will assist in various core finance functions and contribute to maintaining accurate financial records and reporting.

Key Responsibilities
•Demonstrate practical knowledge of income auditing, accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, and cashiering operations.
•Assist with daily revenue checks, reconciliation processes, and banking activities.
•Support daily cash flow monitoring, bank postings, and bank reconciliations.
•Contribute to month-end financial closing tasks, including journal preparation and account reconciliation.
•Help compile financial statements and provide assistance during audits.
•Maintain organized documentation and ensure compliance with company financial policies and internal controls.
•Provide general administrative support to the finance department.
•Perform additional finance-related duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Candidate Requirements
•Minimum of 1 year experience in a similar accounting or finance role (experience in the hospitality industry is an advantage).
•High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
•Strong organizational skills with a reliable and punctual work ethic.
•Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
•Effective written and verbal communication skills.
•Flexibility to work extended hours when necessary.
