Description

Position Overvie
This role reports directly to the Chief Executive Officer and is responsible for overseeing the company’s financial operations and ensuring accurate financial management.

Key Responsibilities
•Oversee daily finance and accounting functions, including accounts payable and receivable, payroll processing, bank reconciliations, and maintenance of the general ledger
•Prepare, review, and interpret financial reports, statements, and forecasts to support business decision-making
•Develop annual budgets and track performance against approved budgets
•Ensure timely preparation and submission of VNPF contributions, tax obligations, and other statutory requirements in compliance with all legal and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications and Skill
•Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related finance discipline
•Membership with a recognised professional accounting body (e.g. Chartered Accountant)
•Experience using accounting software, with Xero considered an advantage
•Demonstrated ability to work independently as well as collaboratively across departments, with strong organisational and time-management skills
