Key Requirements
•A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business, or a related discipline
•Membership with a recognised professional accounting body, or currently working towards membership (preferred but not essential)
•At least three years’ experience in accounting or auditing, including experience with VAT, payroll processing, VNPF, and preparation of monthly and annual financial reports
•Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office and accounting software such as MYOB, Xero, or QuickBooks
•Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•Fluency in English (French language skills are an added advantage)
•Ability to work independently and liaise confidently with clients
•Experience supervising or mentoring staff would be beneficial
•Strong organisational, administrative, and relationship management skills, with the ability to work with both local and international clients
