Job Desctiption:

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Accounts Assistant to join our accounts team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for numbers, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work both independently and within a team.

Responsibilities:
• General ledger postings
• Processing and allocating payment runs promptly
• Managing petty cash
• Assisting with debt collection
• Handling general administrative matters
• Ensuring accuracy and attention to detail in all tasks

 Selection Criteria:

• Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Excel, and Word

• Experience with accounting software is an advantage
• Strong ability to interact professionally with vendors
• Punctual, reliable, and able to follow directions
• Capable of multitasking and following through to completion
• Strong organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Holding a valid driver's license is an added advantage
Requirements:
• Educational Background: Year 12 certificate or higher
• Excellent computer skills with the ability to learn new programs
• Confident communication skills for email and phone correspondence
• Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
• Previous experience in accounting or logistics is an advantage
