Position Overview

As an Admin/Accounts Officer, you will manage administrative tasks and support financial operations. Your role includes processing invoices, handling accounts payable/receivable, maintaining records, and ensuring compliance with company policies. We’re looking for a detail-oriented and organized professional who can multitask, meet deadlines, and contribute to a smooth-running office environment.

Key Responsibilities

✔ Oversee daily office operations and maintain administrative records
✔ Process invoices and manage accounts payable/receivable
✔ Ensure financial accuracy and compliance with company policies
✔ Utilize MYOB or similar accounting software for financial tasks
✔ Handle general office administration and assist with financial reporting
✔ Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders

Selection Criteria

✅ Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
✅ 2-3 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role
✅ Proficiency in MYOB (or similar accounting software) and Microsoft Excel
✅ Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in tasks
✅ Excellent organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills
✅ Strong written and verbal communication abilities
✅ Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
✅ Fast learner who can work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines
