Role Overview
We're looking for a proactive and reliable Administrative & Accounts Assistant to support the daily operations of our business. If you're detail-oriented, organized, and ready to grow within a fast-paced creative environment—this role is for you!
Key Responsibilities
Provide daily administrative and business support
Assist with inventory and stock control
Help manage payroll, VAT returns, VNPF, and other compliance tasks
Maintain accurate records using Xero and Excel
Assist with customer service and general reporting
What We’re Looking For
Proficiency in Xero Accounting Software
Fluent in English (written and spoken); French is a bonus
Diploma in Business, Accounting, or similar field (preferred)
Sales and customer service experience is a strong advantage
Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask
Strong initiative and team-oriented attitude
Quick learner with a can-do mindset
