Job Description:
We are looking for an organized and detail-oriented Administrative Officer to support daily store operations. The successful candidate will assist with a variety of administrative duties, including maintaining records, coordinating schedules, managing inventory-related documentation, and supporting customer service processes. This role plays an important part in ensuring efficient day-to-day store management and providing operational support to store leadership.
Key Requirements:
•Minimum 3 years of experience in an administrative support role, ideally within a retail environment
•Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail and accuracy
•Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
•Familiarity with retail systems, POS software, or similar operational platforms is an advantage
•Ability to handle multiple responsibilities and prioritize tasks in a busy work setting
•Strong communication and interpersonal skills for working with customers and colleagues
•Experience in data entry, record maintenance, and database management
