Job Description: Aircon Technician
•Install split and commercial aircon units
•Perform routine servicing and deep cleaning
•Conduct gas refilling and system recharging
•Carry out electrical and compressor repairs
•Detect leaks and resolve drainage issues
•Implement preventative maintenance programs
•Respond to emergency breakdowns
Selection Criteria
•Certified Aircon Technician qualification
•Experience in commercial, hotel, or large facility maintenance
•Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
•Knowledge of safety procedures and electrical regulations
•Positive attitude with a team-oriented approach
