Job Description:
We are looking for a Front Office professional to support and oversee daily front desk operations. Responsibilities include guest check-in and check-out, managing concierge and bell services, handling reservations, telephone operations, and supporting the business center. The role focuses on ensuring excellent guest service, smooth operations, and high levels of guest satisfaction. You will also act as Front Office Manager when required.
Requirements / Selection Criteria:
•Strong communication skills and ability to interact professionally with •guests, staff, and partners
•Excellent written communication abilities
•Proficiency in Microsoft Office and front office systems
•Strong problem-solving, organizational, and training skills
•Leadership experience in managing teams
•Ability to handle complex guest and operational situations
•Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
•Minimum 2 years of hotel or guest service experience, including at least 1 year in a supervisory or management role
