Job Description:
As Assistant Food and Beverage Manager, you will support the Director of Food and Beverage in leading all F&B operations across the resort. You’ll manage service delivery, coordinate with outlet teams, oversee budgets, drive profitability, and ensure every guest experience reflects Warwick’s high standards.

Key Responsibilities:
1. Planning & Strategy
Monitor labor, costs, and productivity for budget compliance
Lead menu planning, pricing strategies, and marketing campaigns
Review daily revenue and operational reports

2. Operations Management
Ensure all outlets meet brand and hygiene standards
Coordinate inventory, supplier compliance, and staffing schedules
Implement and oversee F&B concepts and quality controls

3. Guest Experience
Enhance VIP service and conflict resolution during peak hours
Lead promotions, special events, and outlet activations

3. Health & Safety
Enforce hygiene and pandemic safety SOPs
Oversee equipment safety and staff training

4. Team Leadership
Recruit, train, and supervise F&B staff
Conduct appraisals, manage staff performance, and ensure high morale
Enforce hotel policies and ensure team alignment with goals

Selection Criteria:
We’re looking for a candidate who:

Has senior-level F&B leadership experience in a 4–5-star or luxury property
Understands budget management, HACCP standards, and modern service trends
Is confident in team building, cost control, and guest satisfaction strategy
Has a proactive, people-focused management style and operational excellence
Has commercial acumen and strong communication skills
