Pacific Energy is the leading provider of ground fuel, aviation fuel, and lubricants in the region. The company plays a key role in supplying energy solutions across aviation and transport sectors in Vanuatu.

Job Overview:
Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for the position of Aviation Aircraft Refueller within the Vanuatu operations. The role is based at Bauerfield Airport and will initially include a three-month probation period.

The selected candidate will be responsible for refuelling aircraft using aviation gasoline and kerosene, working in outdoor environments under different weather conditions. Duties also include equipment maintenance, fuel quality checks, and ensuring all refuelling activities comply with aviation safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:
•Perform safe and accurate aircraft refuelling operations
•Carry out basic maintenance tasks on equipment and systems
•Conduct fuel quality and safety inspections
•Follow strict aviation procedures and operational standards
•Participate in company safety training programs

Selection Requirements:
•Must be a citizen of Vanuatu (Ni-Vanuatu)
•Background in mechanical or engineering studies preferred
•Minimum qualification of High School Certificate or equivalent
•At least 3 years of experience in mechanical or related work
•Valid heavy and light vehicle driving licence
•Ability to follow instructions and work effectively in a team
•Willingness to work under supervision and in shifts, including weekends
•Physically fit and able to work in outdoor conditions
•Strong safety awareness and adherence to procedures
•Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office
•Good communication and reporting abilities
•Basic understanding of chemistry is an advantage
•Valid medical fitness certificate required
•Self-motivated and willing to learn further skills
