Fletcher Organization Vanuatu Limited is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Branch Manager to oversee operations in Vanuatu. This role involves leading a dedicated team to meet the branch's goals in financial performance, operational efficiency, health and safety, and environmental standards. The Branch Manager will play a crucial role in securing future work, ensuring project completion on time and to the highest quality, and fostering strong relationships with clients, subcontractors, and other stakeholders.

Selection Criteria:

A tertiary qualification and at least 10 years of relevant experience in building and civil engineering construction.
Strong leadership abilities, communication skills, and experience in construction planning and project delivery.
Demonstrated ability to manage teams, resources, risks, and commercial outcomes.
