Position: Brand & Marketing Coordinator
We are an expanding hospitality group based in Port Vila, including Waterfront Bar & Grill, and we’re looking for a creative, proactive, and self-motivated individual to take charge of our brand presence and customer engagement.

This role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys both behind-the-scenes work and being customer-facing—creating content, managing digital platforms, and interacting directly with guests.

Key Responsibilities

Brand & Social Media Management
•Oversee and manage all social media channels (Facebook, Instagram, etc.)
•Develop and schedule engaging content such as posts, stories, and reels
•Capture high-quality photos and videos showcasing food, drinks, events, and the venue atmosphere
•Ensure a consistent and strong brand image across all platforms

Online Presence & Reputation
•Manage Google Business and TripAdvisor profiles
•Respond to reviews, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
•Monitor feedback and take initiative to improve online reputation

Events & Coordination
•Handle event-related inquiries (birthdays, group bookings, private functions)
•Work closely with customers to plan and organize events
•Coordinate with kitchen and floor teams to ensure smooth execution
•Act as a main contact for event-related communication and guest experience

Customer Experience
•Manage communication with customers across different platforms
•Respond to feedback, complaints, and inquiries professionally and promptly
•Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction both online and in person

Marketing & Campaign Support
•Assist in planning promotions, campaigns, and special events
•Use tools like ChatGPT to support content creation and marketing ideas
•Track basic performance metrics and recommend improvements

Requirements
•Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
•Creative mindset with an eye for content (photography/video skills are a plus)
•Ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
•Confidence in dealing with customers both online and face-to-face
•Self-driven with the ability to work independently
•Familiarity with social media platforms and digital marketing tools
•Comfortable using AI tools
•Valid driver’s license is an advantage
