Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook breakfast and other meals to high standards of quality and presentation
Support daily kitchen operations, working closely with the Head Chef
Maintain food safety and hygiene protocols
Assist with menu development and daily specials
Help manage inventory and ingredient orders
Requirements:
Experience in a fast-paced kitchen, especially in breakfast service
Sound knowledge of food safety and sanitation practices
Team player with a strong work ethic and a love for cooking
Flexible to work weekends and public holidays
Pastry Chef
Key Responsibilities:
Design and create a range of pastries, desserts, and baked goods
Develop dessert menus that enhance the overall dining experience
Manage inventory and control food costs
Ensure a clean, organized, and compliant pastry kitchen
Stay current with pastry trends and techniques
Requirements:
Proven experience in a pastry chef role at a quality establishment
Strong skills in dessert and pastry presentation
Creative flair and eye for detail
Ability to work under pressure and manage time efficiently
