Job Title: Cashier
We are seeking a dedicated and service-oriented Cashier to join our retail team and support daily sales operations in a fast-paced environment.

Key Duties
•Accurately process customer transactions, including duty-free and duty-paid sales
•Handle multiple payment methods and manage high-volume sales periods, particularly during •cruise ship arrivals
•Provide excellent customer service by assisting shoppers and responding to inquiries
•Manage cash handling duties, including balancing tills and completing end-of-day reconciliation (X-out and Z-out procedures)
•Ensure accurate recording of cash and electronic payments, and prepare banking deposits
•Comply with all customs and duty-free regulations during sales processing
•Maintain accurate records of duty-free transactions
•Assist with order processing and coordinate delivery of duty-free goods in line with company and regulatory requirements

Basic computer literacy
Ability to work Monday to Saturday, including public holidays when required
Good command of English
Previous experience in cashiering and cash reconciliation
Strong teamwork and communication skills
Knowledge of duty-free and non-duty-free products
