Key Responsibilities:
•Prepare and cook daily meals (breakfast, lunch, and dinner)
•Plan menus in accordance with resort standards and guest expectations
•Oversee kitchen operations, cleanliness, and food safety compliance
•Manage stock, place orders, and minimize food waste
•Work closely with management and service staff to ensure smooth operations
•Cater for special events, group bookings, and accommodate dietary requirements
Selection Criteria / Requirements:
•Previous experience as a chef or cook, preferably in a hotel or resort environment
•Ability to work independently and as part of a small team
•Strong knowledge of food hygiene and kitchen safety standards
•Reliable, honest, and well-organized
•Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays
