Job Responsibilities
•Support the management of kitchen operations, including food preparation and stewarding activities
•Ensure high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and food safety are consistently maintained
•Assist in training team members and improving overall kitchen performance
•Help maintain consistent quality in food preparation and presentation to meet guest expectations
•Follow all local health, safety, and compliance regulations, along with company policies and brand standards
Requirements
•Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively with guests, team members, and external partners
•Valid food safety certification or health/food handler permit as required by local authorities
•Good problem-solving, organizational, and leadership abilities
•Formal training in culinary arts (diploma or vocational certification preferred)
•Minimum of 3 years of experience as a chef or in a similar role, or an equivalent mix of education and practical experience
