Position Overview:
The CEO will shape and lead the strategic direction of South Pacific Hospitality. This role requires a proven leader capable of overseeing multi-property operations, building key stakeholder relationships, and driving innovation—all while upholding our strong values and dedication to sustainable hospitality.

Develop and implement long-term strategic plans.
Lead operational management across all properties and departments.

Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior executive role within hospitality or a related industry.
Strategic thinker with outstanding leadership and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Demonstrated success in business growth and team management.
Understanding of South Pacific tourism and regional market trends.
