Position Overview:
The CEO will shape and lead the strategic direction of South Pacific Hospitality. This role requires a proven leader capable of overseeing multi-property operations, building key stakeholder relationships, and driving innovation—all while upholding our strong values and dedication to sustainable hospitality.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement long-term strategic plans.
Lead operational management across all properties and departments.
Cultivate a strong company culture that reflects our core values.
Maintain and grow relationships with investors, partners, and stakeholders.
Ensure achievement of financial goals and operational efficiency.
Integrate sustainable practices across all levels of the business.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a CEO or in a senior executive role within hospitality or a related industry.
Strategic thinker with outstanding leadership and decision-making skills.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement abilities.
Demonstrated success in business growth and team management.
Understanding of South Pacific tourism and regional market trends.
