Chief cuisine_ Seasonal and local ingredients are the chef's unique style and creativity.
Kitchen staff_ Each member plays a crucial role in the kitchen's efficiency and the quality of the food served.
Chef barman_ Serve drinks at the bar or at the table. keep the bar clean and well stocked. Give advice on drink to suit customers tastes.
Waiter and waitress_ Responsible for taking orders and serving food and beverages to guests.
Selection Criteria:
The successful candidate will have the following attributes:
• Previous experience in bar and restaurant
• Able to communicate well with customers
• Eager to learn and take directions from the Manager
• Able to work quickly in a busy restaurant or bar
• Attention to details and ability to work under less supervision
• Reliable and ability to work under pressure
• Organizational skills
• Enthusiasm and confidence
• Outstanding communication and active listening skills
• Proficiency in English, multilingualism will be considered an asset
• Ability to work flexible hours including weekends (Saturday and Sunday) and public holidays
