We are seeking a highly competent, organized, and efficient professional with strong communication and relationship management skills. You will work closely with both local and overseas-based clients and authorities. Relevant skills are highly transferable, and additional knowledge can be learned on the job.

Strong relationship-building and comprehension skills

Ability to manage multiple demands and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail
Reliable, resourceful, fast learner with a can-do attitude
Computer literate and deadline-focused
Good understanding of laws and regulations
Knowledge of a foreign language (e.g., French) is a bonus
Experience in a professional/client/administrative service role
Relevant tertiary qualification
