The Plaza features a strong and diverse tenant portfolio, including a cinema, dining precincts, food court, family entertainment and gaming venues, cafés and bakeries, along with a wide range of retail and service-based businesses. The centre continues to evolve, driven by steady growth and increasing customer demand.

Position Overvie
We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking Commercial & Development Manager to lead the commercial management and future development of multiple business operations within Tana Russet Plaza. This senior leadership position plays a critical role in shaping the Plaza’s growth strategy, enhancing its tenant offering, and ensuring long-term commercial success.

Key Responsibilities

•Provide overall leadership and oversight of business activities across the shopping centre
•Plan, lead, and execute strategic development initiatives, including the introduction of new business concepts, services, and customer experiences aligned with market trends
•Manage and optimise tenant mix to maintain competitiveness and maximise commercial performance
•Work closely with and support the Operations Manager on tenant engagement and day-to-day operational matters
•Drive improvements in customer experience, marketing strategies, and commercial partnerships

Selection Criteria

•Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects, implement innovative ideas, and deliver measurable growth
•Strong communication skills with the ability to engage and manage internal and external stakeholders professionally
•Sound commercial judgment with strong financial and analytical capability
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Commerce, Finance, Marketing, Property Management, or a related discipline
