Position: Commis Chef
Grand Hotel & Casino Vanuatu is seeking enthusiastic and motivated Commis Chefs to become part of our professional kitchen team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy cooking, are eager to develop their culinary skills, and thrive in a dynamic hospitality environment.

Key Responsibilities
•Support senior chefs with food preparation and cooking tasks.
•Ensure all food is prepared in accordance with quality and presentation standards.
•Follow food safety, hygiene, and sanitation procedures at all times.
•Assist with daily kitchen operations and maintain a clean, organized workspace.
•Continue learning and improving culinary techniques while working as part of the kitchen team.

•Be dependable, motivated, and able to work effectively within a team.
•Perform well under pressure in a busy kitchen environment.
•Be available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays.
