Composite Factory worker (Fiberglass)

Description

Maxpaddle is a watersport manufacturing company producing Ocean Racing Surfski's, Stand-Up Paddle boards, and paddles. We are expanding into Fishing Ski products for both local and export markets.

Role Overview:
As a Composite Factory Worker, you’ll work with fiberglass, carbon fiber, and other composite materials to build high-quality watercraft. This role requires accuracy, neatness, and a strong work ethic.

Key Tasks:

Cutting and preparing materials.
Measuring and weighing resin.
Using power tools (grinder, drill, jigsaw, sanding machines, etc.).
Handling cutting tools (knives, scissors).
Following instructions and processes carefully.
Daily cleaning of workshop and tools.

Selection Criteria:

Strong English communication (spoken & written).
Punctual and reliable.
Good housekeeping skills.
Willingness to learn and follow instructions.
Team player, energetic, and multitasking ability.
Able to use tape measures and scissors.
No prior fiberglass/composites experience required (training provided).

Salary: 624,000 VUV per year
