Job Desctiption:
Experience in overseeing direct construction project from inception to completion ensuring adherence to project specification, timelines and budgets. coordinate activates among subcontractors, suppliers and other stakeholders. Conduct regular site visit to monitor compliance with building codes and safety. Prepare and manager project estimates, budgets and resources allocation while identifying and mitigating potential risks. Liaise with architects ,engineering and other professionals to facilitate effective communication and project execution.
Selection Criteria:
Minimum 15 yrs of experience in construction management, specifically on large-scale projects. proven experience in coordinating subcontractors and maintaining project timelines. Expertise in high-end finishes and modular construction. Relevant certifications in building and constructions required. Must be available for travel between New Zealand, Australia and Vanuatu on an on call basis.
