About the Role:
Prestige Motors Limited is seeking a skilled and experienced Construction Project Superintendent to lead and manage construction projects from start to finish.
Selection Criteria
Minimum age: 23 years.
At least 3+ years’ experience as a Construction Project Superintendent.
Expertise in installing various types of glass, including windows.
Knowledge in fabricating and cutting metal.
Strong foundation in carpentry, concrete masonry, and various construction trades.
Skills in drywall finishing, electrical work, ironworking, plumbing, painting, roofing, welding, and tiling.
Honest, hardworking, and self-motivated.
Ability to supervise and lead construction teams.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise construction personnel.
Interpret and coordinate project plans, specifications, and schedules.
Maintain a safe and secure work environment.
Job Salary: 0 - 1,000,000.
