Fletcher Organisation (Vanuatu) Ltd is recruiting dedicated and dependable Construction Workers to join its construction projects based in Port Vila. This position is ideal for individuals with previous construction experience who are comfortable working in physically demanding outdoor environments.
Key Duties: Carry out general construction and labouring tasks on-site. Support skilled tradespeople and complete tasks assigned by supervisors. Use hand tools and basic construction equipment safely and effectively. Help maintain a tidy, organized, and safe worksite. Follow workplace health and safety policies at all times.
Requirements: Previous experience in construction or a related field. Physically capable of performing manual labour outdoors. Good communication and teamwork abilities. Dependable, punctual, and committed to safe working practices.
