The Country Representative is responsible for providing overall leadership and operational management of ChildFund New Zealand’s country portfolio in Vanuatu. This role combines strategic leadership with hands-on oversight of programmes and strong support for partner organizations.
Working closely with implementing partners, the Country Representative ensures the high-quality and compliant delivery of all projects, including the Impact Pacific Programme and any additional initiatives.
The position is also responsible for financial management, safeguarding compliance, risk management, donor engagement, and identifying new funding opportunities. As the in-country representative of ChildFund New Zealand, the role ensures that the Vanuatu portfolio is professionally managed, strategically positioned, and aligned with long-term sustainability goals.
