Position Overview
We are looking for a qualified Crane Operator to join our team. The role involves operating cranes on barges or land-based sites to safely load, unload, and transport equipment, supplies, and materials.
Key Responsibilities
Operate marine and land-based cranes safely and efficiently.
Load and unload cargo following operational procedures.
Coordinate with crew to ensure safe rigging and slinging of loads.
Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues.
Ensure compliance with safety standards and local maritime regulations.
Candidate Requirements:
Certified crane operator (NCCCO or equivalent).
Valid STCW Basic Safety Training (BST, firefighting, first aid, PSSR).
Rigging and slinging certification.
Knowledge of OHS and marine safety protocols.
Strong understanding of crane load charts and marine lifting operations.
Minimum 2–3 years’ experience in offshore or marine crane operations.
Ability to work in dynamic and challenging environments.
Good communication skills and team coordination.
Salary: Salary will be based on experience and qualifications.
