Job Description
The Crane Operator is responsible for operating heavy lifting equipment safely and efficiently to move, load, and unload scrap metal and other materials. The role requires following safe lifting procedures, handling loads of different sizes and weights, and ensuring equipment is operated in accordance with workplace safety standards.
Selection Criteria
5–10 years of experience operating cranes or similar heavy machinery.
Valid driver's licence.
Ability to communicate in English; knowledge of Bislama is required, while French is an advantage.
