Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Crane Operator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Safely operating cranes to load, unload, and transport cargo between barges, tugboats, and docks.
• Conducting equipment inspections and maintaining machinery.
• Coordinating with deck crews to ensure safe and efficient lifting operations.
• Adhering to safety regulations and operational procedures to prevent accidents and delays.

Selection Criteria:

Experience & Certification: Proven experience in crane operation within maritime or logistics sectors.

• Valid crane operation certification.

Technical Skills & Safety: Strong proficiency in crane operation, load handling, and safety regulations.

Physical Fitness: Good health, strong coordination, and ability to work in challenging conditions.

Communication & Teamwork: Excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with the team.

Problem-Solving: Ability to think quickly and make sound decisions in challenging situations.

Reliability: Demonstrates a strong work ethic, punctuality, and flexibility for shifts and overtime.
