Job Description:
As a Customer Accounts Officer, you will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and ensuring timely payment collection. Key tasks include:
Monitoring company accounts receivable.
Communicating with clients regarding billing and payments.
Preparing and processing invoices.
Tracking overdue payments.
Updating and maintaining internal databases.
Selection Criteria:
3–5 years’ experience in a similar role.
Strong accounting skills with ability to prepare monthly financial reports.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Team player with the ability to work independently.
Fluency in English and French.
Knowledge of computerized accounting systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
