Au Bon Marché is one of the largest and most trusted grocery establishments in Vanuatu, operating a major wholesale division in Nambatri, along with four supermarkets located at Nambatu (main outlet), Manples, Freshwota, and Tassiriki, and four ABM fuel service stations across Port Vila.

Job Description:

We are seeking a Customer Accounts Officer to manage client accounts and ensure accurate billing and payment processes. The role involves monitoring accounts receivable, preparing and processing invoices, managing overdue payments, and maintaining financial records in line with company standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Monitor company accounts receivable and follow up on outstanding payments.
Prepare, process, and issue invoices to clients.
Maintain and update internal databases and financial records.
Communicate with clients regarding billing or payment issues.
Assist with monthly financial reporting and account reconciliations.

Selection Criteria:

3–5 years of experience in accounting or a related field.
Excellent accounting and analytical skills.
Ability to prepare monthly financial reports.
Strong organizational skills and ability to meet deadlines.
Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Fluent in English and French.
Knowledge of computerized accounting systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
