Job Description:
The Customer Accounts Officer is responsible for managing accounts receivable, preparing and processing invoices, monitoring overdue payments, updating internal databases, and communicating with clients regarding billing and payments.
Selection Criteria:
3–5 years of experience in accounting or customer accounts.
Strong accounting skills and ability to prepare monthly financial reports.
Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Team player with the ability to work independently.
Fluent in English and French.
Knowledge of computerized accounting systems.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
