Dynamic Supply Co Ltd is an importer and distributor of premium food and beverage products.

Job Description:

Reporting to the Sales Manager, you will be the person responsible for taking daily sales orders and completing invoices for our loyal and valuable wholesale clients. You will take pride in upholding Dynamic's exceptionally high standards of customer service, and represent the company's values and ethics.

Our ideal candidate will have a passion for food, be a team player and have a proactive can-do attitude!

Applicants will be expected to demonstrate:

• Previous experience in retail or customer service in a food oriented business

• Commitment to customer service

• Passion and enthusiasm for food

• Excellent communication skills in both written & spoken English

• Going above and beyond to provide exceptional customer focused problem solving

• Experience with resolving customer complaints and making quick decisions to ensure happy customers and timely accurate services

• To be highly organised and possess great time management skills

• Must be motivated and have a great eye for detail, especially with numbers and data

• Able to work with minimal supervision

• Competent computer skills in Excel and Word

• Genuine passion for food & shopping

• Customer first mentality

Selection Criteria:

- At least 2 years experience in a similar role

- Excellent written and spoken English

- Confident, reliable, polite, helpful

- Must be able to work Saturdays as required
