Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated Customer Support Executive to join our team in Vanuatu. This position plays an important role in maintaining excellent relationships with clients by delivering prompt assistance and resolving concerns efficiently across multiple communication channels.
Main Responsibilities:
•Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues through live chat, email, and phone support using the CRM platform
•Ensure accuracy and attention to detail when processing customer requests
•Escalate complex concerns to relevant departments or specialists using systems such as Salesforce or Jira
•Keep clients informed about the progress and status of their requests
•Review and verify customer documents regularly to ensure compliance and accuracy
•Prepare reports, records, and related documentation as required
•Gain a strong understanding of company operations by attending internal training sessions and completing assessments
•Meet quarterly performance goals established by the Customer Support Manager
•Assist with additional duties assigned by management when necessary
Candidate Requirements:
•At least 3 years of experience in a customer support or service-related role
•Strong English communication skills, both written and verbal
•Excellent interpersonal and client management abilities
•Good problem-solving, multitasking, and troubleshooting skills
•Strong customer-focused mindset with a professional attitude
•Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related discipline
•Self-driven, dependable, and highly motivated personality
