Customs Broker/Data Entry Clerk (FULL TIME MANAGER)

Job Desctiption:

To work full-time at our new store location @ Bellevue Road.
Duties would include the following:
- Entry of imported stock items into our computerized inventory control system.
- Conducting rolling inventory stock checks to verify stock levels and make necessary corrections.
- Filing of Asycuda documentation for the importation of goods to Vanuatu
- Clear imports through Vanuatu Customs.
- Deal with handling costs of imported containers at the port of entry with Ifiri Wharf authority.
- Deal with daily data entry corrections and price changes of new and existing stock items.
- Help cashiers with stock and price inquiries.
- Verify incoming customer bank transfers against Quotation for purchase.

Selection Criteria:

Necessary Qualifications:
- Must have at least one year of experience with the importation of goods through Asycuda or equivalent experience
- Excellent typing skills
- Proficiency in the English Language
- Neat and tidy appearance
- Punctual work attendance
- Good standing in the community
- Police clearance required

Salary:

There will be a very generous salary compassion based on the candidate's experience and educational background, ranging from 150,000Vatu to as much as 450,000Vatu per month for the right Candidate.
