Job Description:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Director of Food and Beverage to lead and elevate our culinary and service offerings.
Key Responsibilities:
Role Overview:
- Oversee all aspects of Food & Beverage operations, including planning, service execution, menu development, costing, and quality control.
- Implement and uphold Food & Beverage standards and strategies across all Warwick properties.
- Provide leadership and guidance to F&B Managers to enhance product quality and team performance.
- Drive brand consistency and excellence in F&B and service standards.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Planning:
- Maximize profitability by achieving F&B budget goals and conducting regular audits.
- Monitor and manage labor costs across all outlets.
- Evaluate industry trends and competitor offerings to develop strategies for competitive advantage.
- Analyze and implement marketing plans for all F&B outlets.
Organizing:
- Ensure the highest quality standards across all outlets, aligning with brand values.
- Support F&B teams with clear direction during pre- and post-opening phases.
- Oversee the execution of F&B concepts and ensure compliance with standards.
- Review forecasts, budgets, pricing, and approve necessary changes.
Directing:
- Support key projects by analyzing data and operational challenges to facilitate decision-making.
- Oversee promotional materials and menu engineering for internal and external initiatives.
- Coordinate events, festivals, and joint promotions aligned with marketing strategies.
- Monitor compliance with F&B procurement and operational programs.
Health, Safety, and Security:
- Promote and enforce high hygiene and safety standards across all operations.
- Lead training programs on safety procedures and ensure adherence to protocols.
- Implement pandemic-safe practices and ensure strict compliance.
Staff Welfare & Development:
- Maintain current job descriptions and standard operating procedures.
- Develop and attract talent within the F&B teams, fostering staff growth and engagement.
- Conduct performance appraisals and manage succession planning.
- Ensure adherence to disciplinary and grievance procedures.
- Track and document staff training aligned with annual training calendars.
Selection Criteria:

- Proven leadership experience in a senior F&B role within a 4- or 5-star luxury setting.
- Strong commercial acumen with a focus on profitability and cost control.
- Expertise in menu development, marketing, and guest satisfaction.
