Role Overvie
The Director of Food & Beverage will lead and oversee all aspects of the resort’s food and beverage operations. This senior leadership role is responsible for strategic planning, operational excellence, profitability, and delivering a world-class dining experience in line with Warwick’s brand standards.
Key Responsibilitie
•Drive the overall F&B strategy to maximize revenue and meet profit targets.
•Develop and implement budgets, monitor labor costs, and identify opportunities for cost optimization.
•Stay informed of industry trends, competitor offerings, and guest preferences to enhance the F&B program.
•Oversee marketing initiatives and promotional plans for all F&B outlets.
Operations & Standards
•Ensure consistent quality, presentation, and service standards across all F&B outlets.
•Guide and support F&B Managers in the execution of daily operations, including pre- and post-opening of outlets.
•Approve menu design, menu pricing, drink lists, and promotional materials.
•Coordinate special events, festivals, and collaborative promotions to drive engagement and revenue.
Health, Safety & Compliance
•Maintain the highest standards of hygiene, safety, and security across all F&B operations.
•Ensure staff are trained and compliant with health, safety, and operational procedures.
•Implement and monitor pandemic-safe practices as required.
Team Leadership & Development
•Lead, mentor, and develop F&B managers and their teams to foster a high-performing and motivated workforce.
•Ensure roles, responsibilities, and standard operating procedures are up-to-date and adhered to.
•Conduct performance appraisals, manage grievances, and support employee growth and succession planning.
•Oversee training programs and document all staff development activities.
Selection Qualification
•Significant experience in a senior F&B leadership role within a luxury or 4–5 star hotel or resort.
•Strong commercial and financial acumen, with a proven ability to drive revenue, control costs, and enhance profitability.
•Expertise in menu development, marketing, and guest satisfaction strategies.
•Inspirational leadership skills and the ability to engage, coach, and develop high-performing teams.
•Knowledge of industry trends, operational best practices, and HACCP standards.
•Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
