Job Overview
Ramada Resort by Wyndham is currently looking for two qualified individuals to join its Front Office team as Resort Drivers.
This role focuses on delivering a warm and professional welcome to guests, particularly during airport pickups. You will be responsible for ensuring guests are safely transported between the airport and the resort while providing excellent hospitality throughout the journey. Handling guest requests promptly and courteously is an important part of the job.
In addition to airport transfers, the role includes assisting with luggage, operating the resort shuttle service, driving company vehicles when needed, responding to guest inquiries, and maintaining cleanliness in the lobby, driveway, and shuttle vehicle.
Key Responsibilities
•Safely transport guests between the airport and the resort
•Welcome guests upon arrival and assist with their luggage
•Stay updated on flight schedules to ensure timely pickups and drop-offs
•Maintain a neat appearance and uphold high grooming standards
•Monitor local traffic or events that may impact travel routes and inform management
•Keep the shuttle vehicle clean and in excellent condition
•Have good knowledge of local routes, nearby locations, and resort facilities
•Carry out additional tasks as assigned by management
Requirements
•Valid driver’s license
•Valid PVLTA Driver’s Permit
•At least 2 years of experience in a hotel or transport-related role
•Ability to communicate in English and/or French
•Strong interpersonal and customer service skills
•Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and public holidays
