Key Responsibilities
•Provide strong leadership by motivating, training, and developing store staff
•Oversee daily store operations, including stock control, merchandising, and visual standards
•Develop and maintain lasting relationships with trade customers and key suppliers
•Drive sales performance while meeting operational targets and KPIs
•Ensure all workplace health, safety, and company procedures are consistently followed

Skills & Experience Required
•Minimum 6 years’ experience in retail or trade store management
•Background in paint, coatings, tinting systems, or trade-related products will be highly
regarded
•Proven leadership abilities with excellent communication skills
•Strong customer focus with a commitment to service excellence
•Experience managing budgets, inventory, staffing, and rostering
•Valid driver’s licence is an added advantage
