About the Role:
Geogas Vanuatu Limited is looking for a skilled and proactive Electrical Engineer / Fleet Supervisor to become part of our team. In this position, you will be responsible for managing electrical systems and overseeing fleet operations to ensure all vehicles and equipment are safe, reliable, and operating efficiently. This role is ideal for someone with strong technical knowledge, leadership skills, and a commitment to workplace safety.

Key Duties:
•Supervise and coordinate the maintenance, servicing, and repair of company vehicles, machinery, and equipment.
•Ensure the fleet operates efficiently by planning schedules and maintaining compliance with safety regulations and company policies.
•Keep detailed and accurate records of electrical systems, maintenance activities, fuel consumption, inspections, and repairs.
•Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental standards across all operations.

Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering and/or Automotive Engineering.
•Previous experience in fleet management, vehicle maintenance, or industrial electrical work.
•Solid understanding of preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and safety procedures.
•Basic knowledge of LPG systems is an advantage.
•Familiarity with asset management systems such as SAP or MEX.
•Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
•Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.
•Capable of managing priorities and meeting deadlines effectively.
•Able to work both independently and as part of a team.
Good command of English.
