About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Electrical/Technical Supervisor to lead our installation teams. From the pre-design phase through to post-installation support, you will be involved in every aspect of renewable energy projects, reporting directly to the Operations Manager. This hybrid role is both site- and office-based and requires excellent organizational and time management skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and install renewable energy systems

• Supervise and manage local technicians and students

• Maintain clear and continuous communication with clients

• Test and commission installations

• Prepare pre-installation and post-installation design documents and drawings

• Submit tenders and quotations

• Provide service and technical support for existing clients

• Implement and report on Health & Safety requirements

• Assist with efficiency improvements and process streamlining

• Manage assets effectively

Selection Criteria:

Qualifications and Experience:
University degree in Engineering or relevant trade experience

• Electrical licensing or qualifications

• Proven experience managing renewable energy project installations

• Expertise in off-grid Solar PV and battery installations

• Ability to use computer-based electrical SLDs and schematic diagram software

• Hands-on experience with electrical and solar installations

• Current driver’s license

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel)

• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English

Salary: Negotiable, up to 300,000 VUV per month depending on experience and qualifications.
