Energy4All is recruiting experienced and dedicated Electricians / Solar Technicians to join our team. The role involves installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting solar power systems, including grid-connected, hybrid, and off-grid setups.

Position: Electrician / Solar Technician
We are looking for qualified candidates with strong technical experience in solar and electrical systems.

Key Responsibilities
•Install and maintain solar power systems
•Perform troubleshooting and repair on electrical and solar installations
•Work with grid-tied, hybrid, and off-grid systems
•Support system testing and performance checks
•Travel to outer islands for installation and project work
•Follow safety standards during all site operations

Requirements
•Minimum 5 years of relevant experience
•Valid driver’s license
•Willingness to travel to remote/outer islands for work
•Strong knowledge of DC/AC wiring and inverter installation
•Experience with solar systems and related equipment
•Ability to work in different environments, including outdoor and height-based work
•Technical qualifications in electrical work preferred
•Experience with systems such as Victron or similar platforms is an advantage
•Ability to train or supervise apprentice staff is a plus

Additional preference:
•Experience with Victron 3-phase systems
•Marine electrical experience (boats – small and large)

Compensation
Salary details will be discussed based on experience and qualifications.
