Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Civil Engineer to support and oversee telecommunication tower and infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in supervising construction activities, maintaining quality standards, and ensuring projects are completed safely and efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
•Supervise and coordinate civil construction activities related to telecom towers and associated infrastructure.
•Carry out site assessments, inspections, and soil investigations to support project planning and execution.
•Review and interpret engineering drawings to ensure construction work meets approved specifications and standards.
•Monitor day-to-day site operations and structural works to maintain quality and technical compliance.
•Track project timelines, prepare progress updates, and report any issues affecting schedules or workmanship.
•Assist with preparation of Bills of Quantities (BOQs), technical reports, and other project documentation.
•Work closely with procurement teams to ensure timely supply of materials and equipment.
•Coordinate with subcontractors, consultants, and internal technical teams to resolve construction-related issues.
•Ensure all activities follow workplace safety policies, environmental regulations, and industry best practices.
Selection Criteria
•Diploma in Civil Technology or a related technical qualification.
•At least 5 years of practical experience in civil engineering, tower construction, or infrastructure development projects.
•Solid understanding of construction standards, quality assurance procedures, and material testing methods.
•Proficiency in AutoCAD, engineering drawings, and surveying equipment such as Total Station.
•Previous international or overseas project experience will be considered an advantage.
Salary
