Job Desctiption:

We are looking for a Executive Assistant to add to the company.

The Potential Candidate will be aiding the CFO with the following:
-Overseeing and preparing national and international quotes.
-Overseeing Pricing.
-Overseeing Outstandings.
-Overseeing Monthly stock takes.
-Mapping and acquisition of potential international customers.
-Overseeing brand promotion.
-Relationship management with customers.
-Researching accounts  and grant possibilities.
-Overseeing import and export.
-HR competency.
-Cost price sheeting.
-Stock management.
ETC.

 Selection Criteria:

At IDA Pacific are looking for an Executive Assistant with the following criteria:
Potential candidate must be well organized and have analytical thinking abilities. They must also have a high affinity with accounts and be calm under pressure.
We also require at least 7 years of business working experience at the minimum and good office etiquette!

Salary: 200'000 vt a month along with adequate training.
