Role Overview: We’re hiring an Executive Chef to lead all restaurant operations. This live-on-site role includes:
Overseeing staffing and HR.
Managing food costs and inventory.
Designing and developing menus.
Front-of-house training.
Mentoring young chefs and leading the kitchen team.
Selection Criteria:
Must have international experience in at least 2 other countries.
Leadership and team development skills.
Strong culinary background with a passion for innovative menu creation.
Live-on-resort commitment required.
