    Position Overview – Kitchen Manager / Head Chef:
    We are looking for a skilled and motivated professional to oversee the operations of our kitchen. This role includes managing food preparation, maintaining quality standards, controlling costs, and leading a high-performing team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    Oversee all kitchen operations, including food preparation, quality control, inventory, and maintenance, ensuring adherence to hotel standards and revenue goals

    Manage daily kitchen activities, assign tasks, and monitor team performance

    Train and mentor staff on brand standards, service expectations, and regulatory compliance; ensure all team members have the necessary tools and equipment to perform their duties effectively

    Foster teamwork and maintain strong communication with other departments to support events, banquets, and catering functions

    Make recommendations or take actions regarding staffing, salaries, or disciplinary matters in accordance with company policies


    Eligibility & Requirements:

    A degree or certificate in Culinary Arts, or equivalent professional training

    Minimum of five years’ experience working as a chef, including at least one year in a supervisory or managerial role, or an equivalent combination of education and hands-on kitchen experience

    Proficiency in local language(s) is required

    Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to manage kitchen operations effectively

    Salary for this position is negotiable and will be based on qualifications, experience, and skills.
