We are seeking a skilled and motivated Executive Chef to lead our kitchen operations.
Key Responsibilities:
•Prepare and present high-quality dishes consistently
•Oversee catering for functions and special events
•Ensure strict compliance with food safety and hygiene standards
•Supervise, train, and develop kitchen staff
•Manage inventory, stock control, and food cost planning
•Prepare staff rosters and oversee daily kitchen operations
•Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen
•Design and introduce new menu items for the restaurant
Requirements:
•Minimum of 5 years’ relevant culinary experience
•Strong command of the English language
•Thorough knowledge of food safety regulations and kitchen standards
•Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
•Ability to manage and motivate a kitchen team
•Reliable and punctual
Salary
