Job Desctiption:

We are looking for an Executive Chef to join our team.
Must be consistent in producing high standard food.
Cooking provided fir functions and events (maximum 200 pax)
Maintain food and hygiene standards and the food control plan
Train and manage staff
Attend regular meetings
Meet both  individual and team goals/budget
Ensure cost of goods, sales/target are achieved/stock control and quality control
To act ethically, professionally and with probity
Create menu for function, snack bar and restaurant menu
Take control of disciplinary issues
Communicate with kitchen staff to ensure all menu's are current, priced accordingly and function food is ordered

Selection Criteria:

More than 5 years experienced in the field
Fluent in English for written and spoken
Experience in food preparation, production and service
Familiar with municipal hygiene standard
